1. What Happened to My Favorite Flavor? I Cannot Find It on Your Website!

We downsized our menu from 75 flavors to 60 proven bestsellers. Worry not, we have all recipes. If you are looking for Peach Cobbler, Bananas Foster or your other all time favorites that do not appear on the website anymore, give us a call at 888-389-3229 and we will happily mix our old classic especially for you. 2. Why Should I Choose Tasty Vapor?

Tasty Vapor juice is 100% USA made. We have been around for 6 years and fine-tuned the art of mixing your liquids to perfection. High quality and fair pricing have always been our goal. We take pride in consistency, originality, and quality. It is Tasty Vapor’s mission to provide you with "Care-Full" products that are well-prepared, taste-tested and approved not only by the mix team, but also by Geoff, the owner. Unlike machine manufactured eliquid products, we offer a product that is more “homemade”. With the exception of 15ml bottles, YOU choose flavors, milligram levels, sweetener, and PG/VG ratios. Then we hand-mix your order in an OSHA regulated clean-lab and ship it out as fast as we can (generally 48-72 hours). Our flavorings, propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin are certified USP grade, and we exclusively use pharmaceutical grade nicotine.

3. Why Am I Being Asked To Verify My Age?

Federal Government has determined that electronic cigarettes and paraphernalia are tobacco related and as such these items are subject to age verification to purchase. To determine you are who you say you are, Tasty Vapor uses an age verification program provided by a reputable company. The information you provide is not retained nor seen by any Tasty Vapor staff. You only need to complete this process once and won't be bothered again unless you create a new account. This pertains ONLY to U.S. customers; if you are outside of the U.S. and are using a proxy server the age verification prompt will appear. If you have any difficulty with age verification, please contact us.

4. How Old Do You Have to Be to Vape?

The following states have clear rule that e-cigarettes can't be sold to teens under age 18: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Delaware, Georgia, Hawai, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The following states prohibit selling e-cigarettes to anyone under 19: Alabama, Alaska and New Jersey.

California has raised the smoking and vaping age from 18 to 21, banned vaping in public places and will regulate e-cigarettes in the same way as tobacco.

5. What Does Tasty Vapor Do With Your Personal Information?

Tasty Vapor has three different types of information that we require to process your orders. Here’s what we do with it:

  1. Name, phone number, home address, e-mail: This remains confidential between you and Tasty Vapor. We never share this information with any third party institution.
  2. Billing/Shipping/Payment information: Once entered, your Credit/Debit information is forwarded directly to our merchant gateway for processing when you check out. None of this information is retained on our website.
  3. Age Verification: Because we are selling age-restricted materials, every person that orders through Tasty Vapor must verify their age. Like payment information, this is not retained on our website; it is reported directly to Lexis Nexis, a nationally recognized record keeping database, so the government has a legal record that Tasty Vapor has verified your age.

6. What Are The Ingredients In Your Products? Are They Safe To Vape?

The base ingredients of our liquids are nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and flavorings. Sometimes additives are used to enhance flavors. Everything we use, with the exception of nicotine, is FDA approved, 100% USP grade and kosher. Nicotine used is certified pharmaceutical. Per our knowledge, none of these products have been tested for the side effects caused by direct and long-term inhalation. Study groups are forming to test for this, but results have yet to be posted.

Please, take into account that most "vapers" are switching from a product that is known to kill and cause cancer and have been using this product willingly, knowing the risks. It is known that the two primary "killers" in cigarette smoke are smoke and tar. An electronic cigarette administers no tar or smoke and contains 4,000+ less chemicals that have been cataloged in the production of cigarette tobacco. Each of us will have to determine on our own if switching from tobacco cigarettes to electronic cigarettes poses a decrease in health risks. There is a considerable amount of evidence including personal testimonies that shows that vaping is far less detrimental to one's health and has allowed individuals to regain some of those faculties that were diminished by smoking cigarettes.

7. What is the best time/best way to contact Tasty Vapor?

We’re open 7 days a week Mon 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tue-Fri, 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sat-Sun 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST. You can call or drop by during those times. The turn-around time is pretty fast, so if you have concerns about your existing order or need to place one, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Does Tasty Vapor Have A Wholesale Program?

Yes, the website has a wholesale section. If you have not placed a wholesale order before, please take a moment to register an account. Accounts must be approved before you are able to place orders. Once approved, you will receive an emails that you have been approved and you are able to proceed with placing orders. For U.S. wholesale accounts located in California, please be sure to include your Tax ID (EIN) when creating your account. 9. How Long Does It Take To Mix And Ship My Liquids?

Orders are mixed sequentially, and will most likely ship out within 2-5 days. The only reason why an order would take 5 days is if we are unusually busy. Contact us to check on the status of the order. If you don’t wish to wait, you can always opt for the $3 expedited mixing fee. This fee puts your order on the top of the stack and your order is being mixed and shipped the same day it is received. If you place your rush order before 2 p.m. (PST) M-F, we will process, mix and ship it the same day. Otherwise, your rush order will go out the next business day. The expedited mixing fee is highly recommended if you are running low on your liquids.

10. What Are Your Best Sellers?

The flavors available in 15ml bottles are a good representation of our best selling liquid. They come in 6mg, 12mg and 18mg with 20% VG or 50% VG and sweetened. If you are interested in reselling our product, check out our wholesale program.

11. What Is the Expiration Date of Your Liquids?

We do not add any preservatives to our liquids. Our liquids expire 12months from the manufactured date. It is policy of Tasty Vapor all liquids for sale and distribution will not be any older than 6 months from the manufactured date

12. Where Do I Enter My Discount Code?

From time to time, we offer special discount codes to be entered upon checkout. We always sneak one in our newsletter, so make sure to sign up! We also offer weekly specials on our 4 30ml nicotine liquids of our choice. We are working on extending more great deals your way.

13. How Does "Customize Your Own" Work?

Feeling creative? The “Customize Your Own” (CYO) option may be for you! Choose up to three flavors for us to blend together for you. If you need a little guidance, or have special requests, feel free to call or e-mail us, we are happy to discuss your options, making sure you get exactly what you need. If we don’t hear otherwise, the flavors you chose will be mixed in equal parts. The CYO option is restricted to our single flavor offerings, and we cannot combine, or augment premium recipes. Keep in mind that you are doing the choosing, and if you don’t like the flavors you chose, we cannot offer to re-mix your order.

14. Which Nicotine Level Should I Choose?

This depends a lot on YOU and equipment you are currently using! Heavy to moderate smokers may want a high-nicotine liquid. Some folks may want to reduce the amount of nicotine they are using. Everything depends on your preferences. If you are brand new to this, you may have a lot of questions overall, in which case, we encourage you to call (888) 389-3229 and we can discuss this further. We are happy to help.

15. Why Do You Call Your Mixing Solutions Doubler™?

A Doubler™ is a 30ml, 60ml and 120ml bottles of zero nicotine e-liquid. They can be vaped directly from the bottle as a zero nicotine alternative, or, you can use it to mix down high nicotine liquid, without suffering any flavor loss as you may by just diluting it with PG or VG. For example, if you prefer 12mg liquid, you could buy a 30ml bottle of 24mg liquid, mix in a 30ml of Doubler™ and have 60ml of 12mg liquid.

16. How Do I Mix The E-Liquid And Doubler?

Mixing should go as follows: Consider the term “part” as a fraction. For example, our starting point is 36mg. Mixing 1 part of 15ml of nicotine with 2 parts of 15ml of doubler will give you 12mg. In this case 15ml is a "part".

17. Can I Ask To Double The Flavorings?

Tasty Vapor is well known for having full flavored e-liquids, and we pack as much taste into each bottle as we possibly can. While we do not object to making your liquids a little stronger than usual, we simply cannot double the flavor. In some cases there is not enough room in the bottle, and in others, doubling the flavor would render the e-liquid unusable and we do not want you to waste your money.

18. Why Don't You Fill The Bottles All The Way To The Top?

Are we trying to cheat you? NO! You paid for 30ml, 60ml and 120ml, etc. And we are actually giving you more than what you pay for. The picture below shows the exact measured levels for those given bottle sizes. You will see, we often go beyond those fill lines.

19. What is “Steeping” and How Do I do it?

Aside from 15ml bottles, Tasty Vapor e-liquid is mixed fresh, from scratch. We use multiple flavors in our recipes and it takes a while for them all to combine so you can to taste the full complexity of the liquid. Some flavors are ready to go right away, and all will get better with time. To steep your e-liquid, simply store it (cap-on is fine) for a few days, up to two weeks, in a cool dry place before you vape it. You can always refer to the recommendations at the product description page.

20. Describe Your Tobacco Flavoring.

Our natural tobacco flavor is not a concentrated flavoring as many try to create with the (sometimes less than) clever use of food additives. It is made from a maceration of Virginia/Burley/Oriental tobacco. The resulting clarified liquid tastes and smells much like a fresh pack of cigarettes. Some have equated this flavor/aroma to dried fruit or Redman Chew; we've heard many different (and sometimes odd) descriptions, but what we can say for sure, is that it is the natural taste of un-combusted tobacco.

21. What Is The Difference Between PG and VG?

Propylene Glycol, or "PG": is the primary liquid used by most e-liquid manufacturers. It is preferred as it is able to produce the minor harshness or irritation at the back of the throat, or "Throat Hit" that vapers come to expect in approximating their previous experience with cigarette smoke. Vegetable Glycerin or "VG": provides no throat hit, but it does produce voluminous clouds of vapor as well as more of a feeling of volume in the lungs. We believe a combination of both lend to a pleasurable vaping experience, which is why our “standard mix” contains 80% PG and 20% VG. Of course, this is only a suggestion, and you can always customize the PG/VG ratio.

22. If I Ask For More VG, Will This Reduce The Flavor Of My Liquid?

No! The flavorings that we use are super strength and should remain unaffected by your chosen PG/VG ratios. The only exception to this rule is the tobacco flavor, which is a bit lighter, and may not come through as strong in liquids with VG levels above 30%. However, some liquids containing 40% and up may be at risk of the flavor being slightly lighter or altered.

24. What Do I Do If I Think I Got A “Bad Batch?"

We do pretty much everything by hand, so naturally there can be slight variances. If you are unhappy with the liquid, please contact us with your concerns so we can address them together and find an agreeable solution. We suggest you purchase flavors in 10ml bottles before ordering larger sizes. Given the nature of the product we will not refund or re-mix liquids simply because you do not like them, or they were not what you expected. When addressing CYO liquids, it is important to communicate with us beforehand, as we cannot offer to re-mix them. If you’ve tried a flavor before, and this time around it seems different, or you feel it’s not as sweet as usual (once steeped), etc., let us know. We want you to have the best possible tasting product.

25. Tasty Vapor's Burden of Responsibility and Shipping Terms

As a liquid manufacturer, it is Tasty Vapor’s sole responsibility to process, mix, bottle, and ship liquids. Once packages leave our facility, they are in the hands of USPS, and therefore they are liable for any loss, theft, or mishandling. If your packages are taking an excessive amount of time to arrive, held at customs, or lost, we are happy to help you track them; but please keep in mind that we are not USPS and they must be held accountable for their service. In simplest terms, the burden of responsibility transfers from seller to buyer once the package leaves our premises.

26. What Methods Do You Use To Ship Your Liquids?

Tasty Vapor uses USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping. This is the most efficient, reliable, and cost effective way to ship domestic and international orders. Domestic orders over $75.00 enjoy free shipping.

27. I Haven't Received My Package Yet!

While we are able to get your products out in a relatively short time, we cannot be accountable for the time that USPS takes to deliver a package. We ship USPS Priority Mail which can take 2-5 business days. In most cases, our U.S. customers receive their packages in about 2-3 business days. Tracking information is always provided, and you can use USPS.com to check the status of your delivery. If you need help locating your tracking number, or tracking your package, call or e-mail us and we can help.

28. Can I Ship E-Liquids Back To You?

Tasty Vapor does not allow returns or exchanges on e-liquids.

29. Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely. Some countries have stricter customs than others, so please call or e-mail us to discuss your options. We cannot guarantee that customs will not detain, search or seize your packages, we are not customs experts. We can work with you to figure out declarations and shipping options. Most of our international customers have no trouble receiving imports. Currently, we do not ship to Mexico, Israel, Malaysia, Philippines and India.
